Use a format like this:
“Hi, my name is [name] and I was in the Redcoats from the [nnnn to the nnnn season} in the [instrument section, group and \/ or leadership position].
I remember the [xyz game, trip or experience] and this is why its important [details].
[describe the background, people, places and things].
