Georgia Magazine Features Majorette Alum
| Linda Hurtado came to UGA from South Carolina to take advantage of academic opportunities offered by The Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communications and to be a majorette with the Redcoat Band. She graduated from UGA in 1989 with an ABJ. Linda Hurtado is a 13-time Emmy winning television news journalist in the Tampa Bay area and has written three books under the name Linda Bond.
